1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and 77ll ("the Platform," "we," "us"). Accessing, browsing, or using any feature of the 77ll website or mobile application constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

These Terms apply to all activities on the platform — creating an account, making deposits, placing bets, playing games, requesting withdrawals, and using any promotional offers. The Terms are effective from the date you first access the platform or register an account, whichever comes first.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one 77ll account. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid Philippine mobile number.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before your first withdrawal can be processed. You will be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID.
• Account registration is for personal use only. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. 77ll is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials private.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 77ll are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The accepted deposit methods are GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Deposits via credit cards or cryptocurrency are not accepted.

• Funds deposited into your 77ll account must come from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — funds sent from an account that does not belong to you — are not permitted and may result in the deposit being reversed and your account being suspended.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by 77ll and may be updated from time to time. Current limits are displayed during the deposit process in your account dashboard.
• 77ll is not responsible for delays caused by your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment intermediary. If a deposit does not reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference.
• Deposited funds are held solely for use on the 77ll platform. Depositing funds with no intention of wagering — for example, to exploit a promotion — may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is approved.

• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Processing times vary depending on the payment method and the volume of pending requests at the time.
• 77ll reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your name — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• If your account is under investigation for a suspected Terms violation, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is resolved.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 77ll are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, event, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that bet.

• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• 77ll reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, cancelled, or declared void by the relevant governing body.
• In the event of a technical error — including incorrect odds, system failures, or data feed disruptions — 77ll reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes at its sole discretion.
• Bets placed after an event has started (in-play or live betting) are subject to additional rules and may be voided if there is evidence of a delay between the live event and the platform data feed.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per player. These limits are set by 77ll and may change without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit pricing errors, arbitrage opportunities, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is considered a violation of these Terms and may result in winnings being voided and the account being closed.

7 Promotions

77ll may offer bonuses, cashback, free bets, or other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which are published alongside each offer.

• Promotional offers are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria, wagering requirements, and validity periods are stated on each individual promotion.
• 77ll reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus funds and free bet credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly. They must meet stated wagering conditions before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

8 Account Security

• Never share your password, OTP, or account details with any other person, including anyone claiming to represent 77ll support.
• 77ll staff will never ask for your password through any channel.

• You are liable for all activity that occurs on your account while your credentials are in your possession, whether or not the activity was authorised by you.

9 Responsible Gaming

• Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request and cannot be reversed for the duration you select.

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Operating multiple accounts or accounts on behalf of another person.
• Suspected fraud, collusion, money laundering, or match-fixing activity.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 77ll staff or other players.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe.

In cases of suspected fraud or serious breach, balances in the account may be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited if the breach is confirmed.

11 Limitation of Liability

77ll provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform operational and accurate, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.

• 77ll is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical errors, or data feed inaccuracies, except where directly caused by our own negligence.
• We are not responsible for losses caused by your failure to follow these Terms, including losses resulting from account misuse or compromised credentials.
• 77ll's total liability to you in any circumstance shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your account at the time the claim arises.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes our liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.

12 Changes to Terms

77ll reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
